In addition to the various online utilities available here at GLYCAM-Web, we also make certain software available.  They fall into the following categories:

• Computing Libraries:  We often write programs for ourselves.  To save us from having to re-write functions, we develop computing libraries.  We write them for our own needs, but make them available to the public.
• Software Utilities: These are stand-alone programs that perform some specific task, for example, calculating NMR measurables from MD trajectories. These might be updated versions of utilities released with a publication.
• Publication-Related Materials:  These are software utilities or versions of libraries that are released in association with a certain publication.  To ensure historical accuracy, these versions will always be the specific version released with the publication.
